This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while working with families in their homes. You will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals focused on holistic care for our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions, both in-home and virtually, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each child and family.
\n
• Addressing high-risk behaviors, including Self-Injurious Behavior (SIB) and physical aggression, through targeted anger management, coping techniques, and social skills development.
\n
• Equipping caregivers with effective strategies to manage behavioral challenges at home, strengthening family dynamics.
\n
• Collaborating consistently with the Child Family Treatment Team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for the child and their family.
\n
• Completing all required documentation in a timely manner, including intake evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case progress and contribute ideas for client treatment improvements.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with children aged 3-20 who are experiencing developmental difficulties and intellectual issues. Your insights and therapeutic interventions will make a profound difference in their lives. Additionally, you will support their families, helping them acquire the skills needed to nurture and manage their children’s unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

We require the following qualifications for this role:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field.
\n
• A valid, unrestricted LMFT license in Colorado.
\n
• Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends, with preference for a commitment of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to facilitate in-home visits.
\n
• A successful completion of a thorough criminal background check, including fingerprinting.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly valued:

• Previous work with children aged 3-20, specifically those with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD).
\n
• Experience utilizing positive behavioral support methodologies in therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to this financial remuneration, our benefits package includes:
