Job Requirements

1. Fellowship trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology
2. ABA Board Certified or Eligible
3. Ability to provide anesthesia care across a diverse range of pediatric surgical specialties and patient acuity, from routine ambulatory procedures to medically complex neonatal and pediatric cases
4. Excellent clinical and communication skills
5. Team‑oriented with a collaborative approach to patient care
6. New fellowship graduates are welcomed and encouraged to apply

Job Description

Tacoma Anesthesia Associates (TAA), a physician‑owned, well‑established private practice with a stable, long‑term hospital contract, is seeking Pediatric Anesthesiologists to join our growing practice in a partnership‑track position. We welcome both experienced physicians and new fellowship graduates who are committed to providing exceptional pediatric anesthesia care in a collaborative, physician‑led environment.

Practice Highlights

• New freestanding Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, opened in May 2026
• 82‑bed children’s hospital featuring:
• 8 operating rooms
• Hybrid cardiac catheterization
• Diverse pediatric surgical practice, including a Level IV NICU

Opportunities

• 100% Pediatric Anesthesia, OR
• Combined Pediatric and Adult Anesthesia practice with adult practice based at Tacoma General Hospital and Allenmore Hospital
• Extensive opportunities in regional anesthesia

Compensation & Benefits

• Two‑Years to Partnership
• 2026: Total compensation of $735,000 with 9 weeks of PTO (prorated based on start date)
• 2027: Total compensation of $750,000 with 10 weeks of PTO
