Infusion RN Shift Details 5x8 hour days, 0800-1630 Orientation occurs every other Thursday for RNs Workload and Experience Daily caseload: 70 patients Patient ratio experience: 1:4 Minimum required RN experience: 2 years First-time RNs accepted: Yes Certifications and Skills Required certifications: BLS Required skills: CBCT/kV/mV imaging Treatment - External Beam Therapy IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy Prophylactic Treatments General skills - Radiation Safety Preferred skills: Infusion Center experience Inpatient and Outpatient Oncology experience Work Conditions and Requirements On-call required: No Floating within scope to meet facility needs: No Floating to sister facilities: No Block schedule accommodation: Not applicable Locals accepted: No Local radius rule: 100 miles (75-99 miles may be sent for facility approval) Pending state license accepted: No (pending license can be used for submission) Return to work restrictions: None Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week Documentation system: Cerner Scrub color: Royal Blue Submission Packet Requirements Submit the following in one PDF: Cover page Candidate profile (work history) Specialty-specific skills checklist Minimum of 2 manager/charge references (preferably within the past 2 years) License verification (NURSYs pulled within 2 days of submission date) Copy of driver’s license Social Security number Please include the RN’s requested time off in the body of the submission. Additional Submission Criteria Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility. Permanent employees cannot return as travelers for 3 years after their last permanent work date. A clean license is required—no prior suspensions allowed; probations are considered on a case‑b bread Candidates refusing the flu shot without medical documentation will not be accepted.
