Data Entry Operator III

Data Entry Operator Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Data Entry Operator for our client, one of the world’s leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Plano Texas. This position tentatively starts in April 2017 through July 2017 with a strong possibility of an extension depending on performance and the needs of the Client. This position pays $18-$19 per hour depending on experience. Duties and Responsibilities Provide support to the manager in McAfee HR and assist the project analyst Review and process approvals as well as provide high volume data entry of spending/invoices, purchase orders, change orders and forecasting data into project cost tracking system(s) Establish, monitor, and maintain associated project files/logs; compiling and completing reconciliations Qualifications 2-5 years of accurate data entry experience Previous work experience in Excel Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office—Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint, including expert Excel experience Proven ability to communicate effectively across different finance organizations, including corporate purchasing and accounts payable Ability to work in a fast‑pace environment Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Thoroughness and attention to detail Flexibility, versatility, dependability and teamwork a must #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Staffing Inc
