Program Manager Data Analytics (Remote, USA)

We are seeking a Program Manager for a global high tech company to lead internal projects and drive simplification and digitalization across global functions. In this role, you will partner with senior and executive leadership, corporate teams, and third party vendors to define best in class practices, analyze current state, and establish forward looking plans. You will integrate new technologies, automation, and data analytics into organizational projects, manage multiple cross functional initiatives, and ensure delivery excellence through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

This is a 6.5 month contract, 40 hours per week, remote role in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects to meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations through planning, controlling, and managing.
• Collaborate with senior/executive leadership, corporate teams, and vendors to define best in class strategies and go forward plans.
• Drive innovation and integrate new technologies and automation into organizational projects and activities.
• Manage multiple projects across functions and teams to simplify and digitalize global processes.
• Communicate project progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders; recommend and implement changes to tools, processes, or practices.
• Review and evaluate program plans for compliance with guidelines and standards; provide feedback to improve overall program management quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Data & Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Skilled in cross functional coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and top down verbal communication.
• Ability to operate independently while supporting senior leadership and driving execution across multiple workstreams.

Compensation: $57/hr - $61.67/hr
