Corporate Recruiter - Industrial Sales Recruiting

We provide customers with products and value-added solutions within Fluid Power, Fluid Process, Fluid Conveyance, General Industrial Components, and Industrial Repair. We are seeking an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. In this role, you will lead recruiting efforts for our Industrial Sales teams, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire top talent across the organization. You’ll join a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible and strategic role in supporting company growth. This position is primarily onsite and may be based in Warren, MI; Sterling Heights, MI; Houston, TX; or Addison, IL. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively High sense of urgency and strong follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience utilizing or quickly learning Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong drive for success Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree Prior experience recruiting industrial sales professionals or supporting similar industries Agency recruiting experience Experience recruiting within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environments Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo , or similar platforms Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance practices To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship development Serve as a consultative partner to hiring leaders by providing recruiting strategy, market insight, and creative hiring solutions Maintain a strong focus on performance metrics and hiring results Thrive in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple searches simultaneously Demonstrate strong organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail Take initiative and maintain a proactive approach to identifying and attracting talent Why Join Us This is an opportunity to join a highly visible talent acquisition team that directly impacts company growth. Compensation: $55,000 – $80,000 annually In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for commission incentives based on the placement of sourced Sales Account Managers.
