Medical Biller & Administrative Coordinator

CENTERS FOR MOBILITY PROSTHETICS

We are a family-owned prosthetic company located in Southwest Houston, proudly serving the amputee community since 2005. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized care to help patients regain mobility and independence. We are currently seeking a full-time Medical Billing & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an in-office position and a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Medical billing and insurance claim processing Verifying benefits and obtaining authorizations Managing patient accounts and payments Scheduling appointments and answering phones General administrative and office support What we’re looking for: Experience with medical billing (preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Friendly, patient-focused attitude What we offer: Supportive, family-oriented work environment Competitive pay and benefits Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients’ lives Southwest Houston (in-office position) Apply or message us for more details
