Description

• Conduct assessments in inpatient and outpatient settings to formulate tailored treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions focused on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall function

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic goals and home exercises

• Engage in care team rounds and interdisciplinary meetings to facilitate cohesive care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Any specialized certifications (e.g., geriatric or neurological) will be advantageous but not mandatory

Skills

• Prior experience is highly desired
