This role will be responsible for driving product development from concept through execution, translating trend insight and customer needs into commercially relevant and well-executed product.**Key Responsibilities*** Design and develop menswear dress shirts and casual shirts across private label programs from concept through final production.* Conduct trend research and competitive analysis to inform seasonal direction, fabrications, color, and styling.* Develop silhouettes, fabric direction, washes, trims, and construction details aligned with customer expectations.* Prepare and present seasonal concepts, product direction, and design proposals in internal and customer-facing meetings.* Partner closely with merchandising, development, and production teams to ensure strong execution and on-time delivery.* Maintain design timelines and key milestones across assigned programs.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design intent and business objectives.* Work closely with vendors and manufacturing partners to support product development, fit, and quality standards.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.* 4–7 years of menswear design experience, with strong focus on dress shirts and casual shirts.* Strong understanding of shirt construction, fabric development, and garment fit.* Experience working within private label or customer-driven retail environments preferred.* Strong presentation and communication skills.* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.**Compensation/Benefits:** The approximate hourly rate range for this position is **$50.00 - $60.00**.
