7+ years experience in analytics• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
Extensive experience in ServiceNow implementation (ITSM, SecOps, HRSD)
Experience building out roadmap for ServiceNow capability launches for large organizations
ITIL certified
Experience working in Agile scrum methodology
