Job Description Job Title: Marketing Representative 2 Date Posted: 9/4/2024 Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: Contract Full-Time Immediate W2 contract position available in Atlanta, GA. Estimated Duration: 3 years Responsibilities Responsible for growing the mover/real estate channel by increasing and maximizing the number of real estate program participants and referrals resulting in new customer acquisitions. Recommend and implement approved strategy to achieve this goal. Lead program sales/support efforts. Initiate and conduct face‑to‑face presentations to introduce program and benefits to brokers/offices/agents and target real estate influencers. Conduct meetings and presentations to onboard new partners and members through orientations, training, CE classes, team meetings and other opportunities. Lead and manage monthly call campaign efforts. Provide support for marketing needs for the real estate channel from development through distribution of print and digital communication/marketing campaigns, including program kits, email, direct mail, video, presentation materials, etc. Work with agencies and vendors to dovetail existing brand messaging to promote program awareness and engagement. Responsible for web‑based administration of the real estate referral/rewards program, including onboarding, approvals, inquiries and awarding participants. Recommend and coordinate improvements for program‑related customer‑facing landing pages and experience, including ease of enrollment and effective capture of referral data. Oversee day‑to‑day implementation and results of the program; ensure overall engagement drives customer acquisition and provide reporting and analysis of KPIs to keep the program on track to meet set goals. Recommend solutions to drive program growth. Communicate objectives clearly and coordinate all aspects of integrated campaigns to deadlines and budget constraints. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
