EDU Advantage Marketing Representative

Job Overview Under supervision, the EDU Advantage Representative seeks to develop company brand loyalty at the earliest stages within the student population, more specifically within the segment of photo, video and pro audio consumers. The representative executes all aspects of the marketing campaign within the school, including presenting both B&H and vendor products and services. The overall goal is to maximize the visibility and exposure of the company’s products and services, so that photo, video, and audio equipment become synonymous with the B&H brand name. Responsibilities Promotes the B&H organization, products and services in a positive manner Builds customer relationships utilizing the EDU Advantage program Develops relationships with schools in order to host student events to promote and increase visibility and exposure Strategizes, organizes and coordinates student events Develops marketing strategies based on feedback and data from student events and contact with school representatives Expands the student community through student engagement with EDU programming Additional Responsibilities Frequent travel as required Communicates with manufacturer representatives Other tasks as assigned by the Manager Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Advanced networking skills Professional phone demeanor and articulate communication skills Analytical thinker and quick problem solver Exercise interpersonal skills within a team environment Detail‑oriented and quick thinker Knowledge of B&H product lines Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses Minimum 1–2 years experience leading marketing campaigns Product knowledge in Photo, Video, or Audio equipment Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive are required Benefits Competitive salaries, medical benefits, a 401(k) plan, employee discounts Opportunities to grow within a high‑energy, low‑attitude environment Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
