Commercial Lines Account Manager (Aviation)
Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (Aviation) to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing medium to large aviation accounts, including private and pleasure plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, providing an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to advance their careers in the aviation insurance sector.
Compensation Package

Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) plan and other competitive perks.
Work Arrangement: Open to fully remote work. Equipment may be provided for remote employees.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of medium to large aviation accounts, including private and pleasure plans.
Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with the Aviation Team Lead and other team members to ensure seamless account management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client accounts and policies.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements

Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably with a focus on aviation accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
