Human Resources Coordinator

HR & Recruiting Coordinator (Contract) LHH is partnering with a financial services organization seeking a highly organized and adaptable HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy Human Resources team in a fast‑paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, managing competing priorities, and serving as a key operational partner across recruiting and HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a "utility player"—supporting a variety of administrative, recruiting, onboarding, and coordination activities while helping ensure a seamless employee and candidate experience. Location: Baltimore, MD (100% onsite, 5 days per week) Duration: ASAP through December 2026 Pay Rate: $24–$29/hour Key Responsibilities Coordinate interviews and manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders Support recruiting operations, including candidate communication and interview logistics Assist with onboarding activities and new hire coordination Maintain accurate records and documentation within HR systems Provide administrative support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams Assist with employee lifecycle activities and special projects as needed Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and timely execution Handle multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Qualifications 1–3 years of administrative, HR, recruiting coordination, or related experience Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, or HR processes preferred Experience in a staffing agency or other high‑volume, fast‑paced environment is highly desirable Experience with Workday and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For A proactive, solutions‑oriented professional who enjoys supporting a variety of HR and recruiting functions Someone who is comfortable taking ownership of coordination and administrative responsibilities A team player who can adapt quickly and effectively in a dynamic environment A candidate eager to grow their career within Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
