Accounting Assistant - Mountaineer Honda Mountaineer Honda is hiring an Accounting Assistant to support our accounting team across multiple dealership locations. The Work Accounts Receivable Post daily bank deposits Track charge accounts and follow up on past-due balances Keep customer records accurate; resolve account questions Set up new customer charge accounts Accounts Payable Support AP across multiple dealership locations Post daily invoices Reconcile monthly statements Onboard and maintain vendor records Additional Responsibilities Backup coverage at the rental desk when needed Process warranty cancellations Assist with accounting/admin projects as they come up You're a Fit If You Have Some background in accounting, bookkeeping, AP, or AR (helpful but not required) An eye for detail and a knack for staying organized Comfort juggling deadlines and shifting priorities Solid Excel skills High School diploma or equivalent A valid driver's license Dealership experience a plus, but not required About Us Mountaineer Honda is part ofthe Straub Automotive Dealership Group.
