SENIOR CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE — WEALTH MANAGEMENT Woodland Hills, CA | Onsite | Base $85-110K | Discretionary bonus We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established boutique RIA that is deliberately expanding its client service team. This is a net-new senior seat, not a backfill, driven by growth. You’ll be working directly with high‑net‑worth clients, owning account operations end‑to‑end, and mentoring junior associates as the team scales. The right person takes ownership, communicates proactively, and genuinely thrives in a senior client service role. This is a small, tight‑knit team with a client‑first culture. Type A, self‑directed, and detail‑oriented is the standard here, not the exception. This is a firm where strong CSAs are valued and have a real path to grow within the client service and operations track long‑term. COMPENSATION Up to $85,000–$110,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Benefits LOCATION Fully on‑site in Woodland Hills, 5 days/week — no exceptions QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of Senior CSA experience RIA or wealth management firm background Direct HNW client interaction Full ownership of account ops— openings, transfers, ACATs Schwab Advisor Services experience (Tamarac a plus) Experience mentoring or guiding junior staff Series65 preferred but not required US Citizens and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
