Job Details:

• Join a physician-led, growing Urology team in a high-demand service line
• Access to a Da Vinci XI robotic surgery system (installed 2022) with dedicated block time for efficient, precise care
• Manageable call schedule with a 1:3 rotation and APPs covering first call from 8 AM-5 PM
• Clinic located directly on the hospital's main campus for streamlined, focused patient care
• Balanced patient mix of 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient
• Collaborative team environment with two experienced Urologists and two dedicated APPs
• Full marketing and practice development support to drive focused growth
• Academic affiliation with Michigan State University and Duke University quality standards
