Development Lead: Ground Infrastructure & Permitting

Zipline is seeking a Development Manager Lead to guide ground infrastructure initiatives enabling autonomous operations. You will oversee a portfolio of projects from site due diligence to permitting and construction readiness, partnering with Engineering, Legal, Operations, and external stakeholders.
The role demands deep technical skill in civil/structural/electrical infrastructure, strong negotiations with AHJs and utilities, and a track record of mentoring teams. Travel ~25% is expected.
