The client seeks a Dean to lead academic medicine and health sciences in a nursing-focused academic healthcare environment. The role is expected to provide strategic and operational oversight for teaching, scholarly activities, and the integration of nursing education with healthcare delivery. Key responsibilities typically include setting academic priorities, supporting faculty and program development, strengthening partnerships across clinical and academic stakeholders, and promoting high-quality student learning experiences.
