Multi-Site Behavioral Health Office Manager

Serene Health is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple Behavioral Health clinic locations in Illinois. This role will ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient experiences. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration and 3–5 years of office management experience, preferably in healthcare. Duties include leading staff, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting clinic operations across Tinley Park, Schaumburg, and Northbrook.
