Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a High Risk Perinatal position requiring recent specialty experience and NRP certification.

Details

• High Risk Perinatal unit within a hospital setting
• 12-hour day shifts, 3 shifts per week, with varied start times between 7am-7:30pm
• Deferred scheduling arrangement
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA state or compact) required
• Current certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in perinatal specialty required

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care within a high risk perinatal unit
• Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break in service
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
