Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged children
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
• Ability to adapt to various student needs and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech and language deficits
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
• Regularly assess student progress and maintain thorough documentation and records
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ academic and social success
• Participate in student support and IEP team meetings
• Provide guidance and training to school staff and families as needed
