Service Advisor

What You Will Do Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience from first contact through completion of service. Listen to customer concerns, gather relevant information, and document service requests accurately. Explain recommended services, timelines, and next steps in a clear and approachable manner. Coordinate service appointments, follow-up communications, and status updates. Work closely with service team members to ensure requests are completed efficiently and accurately. Prepare estimates, invoices, and related paperwork with attention to detail. Address questions and concerns promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience. Track service progress and proactively communicate updates to customers as needed. Support a smooth workflow by balancing customer needs with operational priorities. Maintain accurate records and uphold company standards for quality and service. Successfully complete all required training and certifications for your position and remain knowledgeable of the latest manufacturer recommendations, service procedures, technical bulletins, and product updates.
