As a PIRTEK Hose Assembly and Installation Technician, you will operate out of a PIRTEK Service & Supply Center in a purpose-built mobile hose workshop/van and carry out service calls in the local area, providing the opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing customers. Hydraulic and industrial hose experience is NOT required! Each Technician is provided complete training on industry knowledge, PIRTEK processes, safety standards, and how to operate your purpose-built mobile service unit. PIRTEK also provides support through a 24/7 hotline for Technicians to ask technical questions. Responsibilities Carry out service calls in the local area, both indoor and outdoor environments Identify and remove faulty hoses and/ or hose assemblies, install the new replacement to service the needs of a diverse customer base Develop relationships with new and existing customers Maintain van and equipment Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues on site when possible Participate in the rotating On-Call schedule (with increased incentive pay) Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Mechanically Inclined, experience wrenching on vehicles or heavy equipment a plus Good Communication Skills Positive Attitude Self-Motivated Clean Driving Record About PIRTEK USA PIRTEK is proud to be the nation’s leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose assembly and replacement.
