Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique hiring requirements. Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Conduct effective screening interviews and candidate assessments. Facilitate interview scheduling and provide timely feedback to all parties. Requirements Previous experience in recruitment or a related client-focused role is desirable. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and effective candidate sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
