We are expanding and have an opening for top performing Allstate Insurance Sales Representatives to join our team-oriented sales department. With our Allstate insurance offices extensive customer care work, a successful sales structure and our amazing Allstate products and services, you will be set up for success.

Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop Allstate insurance quotes and closes sales.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Grow Allstate sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
- A Property & Casualty license is preferred, licensing assistance is provided.
- Prior Sales Experience.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Interested in a sales career, sales experience preferred.
