As an Inside Insurance Sales Rep , youll handle inbound sales and service calls while following up with prospective and existing customers by phone, text, and email. Youll work with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities. This role offers structured training, ongoing coaching, warm leads, and a clear path to senior sales and leadership roles.

• Base salary is $40,000 to $55,000 based on experience

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and service calls professionally.
• Follow up with prospects through phone, text, and email.
• Identify cross-sell and bundling opportunities.
• Support customers with policy and billing questions.
• Conduct outbound account reviews and retention calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity documentation.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish and English is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email.
• Sales aptitude and confidence in asking for the sale.
