Who We’re Looking For Active Kentucky or Indiana LPN license Current BLS certification Experience in any of: long‑term care, skilled nursing, outpatient clinics, home health, hospital float pool IV certification a plus, not required Geriatric experience valued Open to full‑time, part‑time, PRN, or direct‑hire What Makes Us Different Nurse‑led screening.
