Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, behavioral, and social needs, particularly focusing on mood disorders and relationships.

• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and preferences, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions, educating clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed to enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for each client.

• Stay informed of current research findings related to marriage and family therapy to continuously improve service delivery and client support.

• Maintain meticulous records that comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards for confidentiality and documentation.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to foster personal growth and enhance therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
