We are seeking an experienced Memory Care Manager with an LPN certification to lead and support our memory care team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the memory care department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs Supervise and support staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and staff Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper record-keeping in accordance with policies Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in resident care Skills and Qualifications Valid LPN license in the state of Florida Proven experience in memory care or senior living environments Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior care Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy Salary is based on experience This position requires a background screening as mandated by Florida law.
