Litigation Career Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Litigation Career Associate with over seven years of civil litigation experience to join their team in San Francisco, CA. Fully remote work arrangements will also be considered. This role offers an alternative to the partner track, providing opportunities for substantive legal work with a lower annual time commitment. Duties Provide general case team support. Conduct strong legal research. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents. Manage discovery tasks, including e‑discovery. Oversee case and project management. Prepare for depositions and trials. Prioritize multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements Meaningful experience with complex civil litigation. Outstanding interpersonal, writing, and communication skills. Strong academic credentials and a writing sample. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
