Wellness Care Psychological Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, tailoring personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate healing and growth in individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups designed to foster community, educate on common mental health issues, and provide mutual support among participants.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need of immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate care.

• Engage patients through education about mental health challenges, available treatment options, and community resources.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all patient information is handled with the utmost integrity.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to exchange insights and enhance the quality of care provided.

• Stay informed about the latest mental health research and advancements to continually refine therapeutic approaches and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges. Our clients range from adolescents to seniors, all seeking support in overcoming personal obstacles and improving their overall well-being. Your role is crucial in creating safe spaces where clients feel heard and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and the ability to implement various therapeutic modalities.

• Proven proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and forming effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a diverse demographic.
\n
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Strong ethical judgment and ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other digital tools for documentation and patient intake.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient settings.

• Experience facilitating therapy groups, especially those for specific issues such as substance abuse or family dynamics.
