As Millennium continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to help strengthen our brand, support business development, and better communicate the projects, capabilities, people, and partnerships behind our company.

The Role

The Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, development, and execution of Millennium's marketing and communications initiatives.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can manage multiple priorities and is equally comfortable developing content, coordinating events, maintaining digital platforms, creating sales collateral, and helping capture the work happening across the company.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and able to turn technical information into clear and engaging marketing content.

You will work closely with company leadership, Sales, Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and our technology partners to support Millennium's growth initiatives and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Millennium's day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, and communications
• Develop and maintain marketing content for the company website, social media, email campaigns, and sales materials
• Manage and grow Millennium's relevant social media presence
• Coordinate website updates including project profiles, service pages, company news, employee highlights, and partner content
• Develop project case studies showcasing completed installations, customer challenges, solutions, and outcomes
• Work with project teams to collect project photos, project information, milestones, and customer success stories
• Create and update brochures, capability statements, sell sheets, proposal materials, presentations, and other marketing collateral
• Support Sales and Business Development with customer-facing materials and targeted marketing campaigns
• Coordinate trade shows, industry conferences, customer events, sponsorships, association events, and company functions
• Manage event logistics including registrations, sponsorship deliverables, promotional materials, signage, invitations, and post-event follow-up
• Track marketing activities, sponsorships, events, costs, leads, and resulting business opportunities
• Coordinate marketing initiatives with technology manufacturers, distributors, and strategic partners
• Assist with co-marketing programs, manufacturer development funds, partner campaigns, and joint events
• Maintain company branding and ensure consistency across internal and external materials
• Support employee communications
• Maintain marketing calendars, project schedules, content plans, and campaign deadlines
• Track basic marketing performance including website activity, social engagement, campaign results, event participation, and lead generation
• Coordinate outside marketing, graphic design, photography, video, website, and promotional vendors when needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of marketing, communications, content, or related professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience developing content for social media, websites, presentations, email, or marketing collateral
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent branding
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Comfortable working across multiple departments and communicating with employees at all levels of an organization
• Ability to take technical or complex information and translate it into clear customer-facing content
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through completion
• Ability to work full-time on-site in East Hanover, New Jersey
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for events, project visits, and meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing for a technology, telecommunications, construction, engineering, or professional-services company
• Experience with LinkedIn and B2B social media marketing
• Experience with CRM and marketing platforms
• Experience with WordPress or other website content management systems
• Basic graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
• Experience coordinating trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, or industry conferences
• Experience developing case studies, project profiles, or technical marketing content
• Photography or basic video-editing experience
• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and digital campaign tracking
• Experience supporting sales organizations or business development teams

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is willing to get involved and help build the marketing function not simply manage an outside agency or post occasional social media updates.

The right person will be comfortable visiting a project site to capture photos in the morning, developing a customer case study in the afternoon, coordinating an upcoming industry event, and working with Sales on a presentation or campaign the next day.

You do not need to be a telecommunications expert when you arrive, but you should be interested in learning the technology and understanding the projects Millennium delivers. xhyhwjd
