Roles & Responsibilities
- Contact constituents/complainants to discuss details of filed complaints
- Read state statutes and compare with complaints to analyze issues
- Communicate with the public, providing strong customer service
- Advise complainants of the Division\'s jurisdiction and case closure reasoning
- Provide resources or referrals as appropriate
- Send written correspondence to complainants once approved by supervisor
- Close cases by adding appropriate codes/activities/statutes in Versa
- Document actions in the OnBase system
Experience Required
- Previous experience working with the public in a professional work environment
- Experience working with the public and analyzing complaints
- Experience using Versa Regulations with DBPR – highly desired
- Experience using OnBase system – highly desired
Skills & Certifications
- Verbal and written communication
- Reading and interpreting Florida state statutes
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Complaint analysis and case management
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English
- High school diploma required; Bachelor\'s degree highly desired
- Excellent written and oral communication with the public
- Ability to read and interpret Florida State Statutes
- Commitment to the project timeline (short-term assignment)
