Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments with clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and formulate appropriate intervention strategies.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Facilitate personalized psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions aimed at fostering emotional healing and personal growth.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to department policy, including progress notes and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary health care team to create cohesive treatment and discharge plans, ensuring alignment with psychosocial assessments and best practices in social work interventions.

• Assist clients in discharge planning processes, coordinating with various healthcare providers to ensure seamless access to continued services beyond the clinic.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating extensive knowledge and skills in therapy techniques.

• Strong technical proficiency, including competence in word processing, email communication, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-direction and a high level of organization to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in teletherapy will have an advantage, given the remote nature of this position. Additionally, familiarity with evidence-based therapies and a background in community health settings will greatly enhance your effectiveness in this role.
