Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and determine treatment pathways.

• Delivering personalized therapy sessions using modalities appropriate for each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, incorporating feedback and adjusting as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of all client interactions, evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Engaging in regular supervision and collaboration with other team members to optimize client care and integrate multi-disciplinary approaches.

• Participating in outreach and community networking initiatives to promote mental health awareness and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will include a diverse mix of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with additional certifications, experience in telehealth services, or specialized training in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic approaches will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
