Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide expert clinical supervision and oversight for patients, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with therapeutic protocols.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to the psychological needs of patients, while carrying out thorough assessments to inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Maintain a diverse caseload, applying advanced clinical skills to address a wide range of mental health issues and providing effective therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with patients and their families to design and implement individualized treatment plans that facilitate meaningful outcomes and positive change.
\n
• Utilize your clinical expertise to intervene effectively during crisis situations, applying de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies as needed.
\n
• Create and update comprehensive treatment logs and progress notes to document patient encounters, track progress, and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations.

• Assess the needs of patients systematically and work closely with other healthcare providers to establish effective psychological service plans within the primary care framework.

• Provide educational resources and supportive programs to patients and their families to empower their understanding and involvement in the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role caters to a diverse clientele facing various psychological challenges. You will work closely with individuals from different backgrounds, including those with co-occurring disorders, situational anxieties, and chronic mental health conditions. Your approach must be compassionate and culturally sensitive, ensuring inclusive care for all our patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.

• Applicants must possess a current state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD to ensure compliance with state regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is required, providing you with the foundational skills required for success in this role.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth practices will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Reliant Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to an attractive salary, we provide:
