Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all therapeutic encounters using established clinical documentation tools.

• Engage in regular case reviews with colleagues to discuss client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

• An active and valid California license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) to practice independently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficiency in using MS Office and electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional expertise in specialized therapeutic modalities, group therapy facilitation, or working with specific populations may be prioritized.
