Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions, to facilitate client engagement and treatment outcomes.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create an integrated care experience for clients.

• Facilitate peer review sessions and consultations to continuously enhance care quality and share effective practices among team members.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, providing resources and support to foster informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related challenges, and various life stresses. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
