This position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility while ensuring a supportive work atmosphere. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of clinical tasks:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and establish individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health records while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in regular supervision and case reviews to develop your skills and receive feedback on your therapeutic approach.

• Facilitate accountability and support client empowerment through motivational interviewing and active listening.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in behavioral health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapy services are designed to cater to individuals seeking outpatient support. You will be integral in guiding them toward strategies for resilience, coping, and long-term mental health improvement.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of a valid California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in conducting assessments and therapy.

• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and clinical software used for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities or those who have experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or veterans are highly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n
