Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, crafting individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver effective therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, tapping into approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring all team members are aligned regarding client goals and interventions.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, applying intervention models and techniques to stabilize situations effectively.

• Engage with the community through outreach efforts, increasing mental health awareness, and participating in educational initiatives that support local populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will serve clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges. The emphasis will be on providing culturally competent care, recognizing that understanding diverse backgrounds enhances therapeutic relationships and client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting, preferably with outpatient capabilities.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degrees will be highly regarded.
