Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to create tailored treatment plans.

• Offer individual and family therapy sessions based on the specific needs and goals identified collaboratively during assessments.

• Complete thorough documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, while adhering to specified timelines.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to facilitate ongoing stability for patients.

• Create personalized discharge plans aimed at promoting long-term success and healthy transitions for patients leaving therapy.
\n
• Stay current with federal and state regulations and NEHS policies to ensure compliant and ethical care delivery.
\n
• Maintain and enhance your professional competencies through continuing education and training opportunities.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and organizational meetings to contribute insights and facilitate coordinated care.

• Complete all licensing and mandatory training requirements to uphold professional standards and credibility.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) within the State of Illinois.

• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
