Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for new clients to establish a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement effective, customized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate personal growth and healing.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal care and outcomes.

• Leverage teletherapy to conduct virtual sessions, expanding accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical standards and regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer supervision, enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. By offering evidence-based therapies in a nurturing environment, you will contribute to their journey of recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and trust with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all client interactions.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively balance multiple clients and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling, particularly within a private practice or outpatient environments.

• Experience with teletherapy is a plus, especially in adapting therapeutic techniques for virtual platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Prairie Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience. In addition to a lucrative salary, our benefits package includes:
