Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at Resilience Restorative Clinic, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments for adult clients to evaluate their mental health needs and develop appropriate care plans.

• Leading individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to client preferences and clinical evidence.

• Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that set achievable goals, ensuring they align with the clients’ aspirations.

• Providing crisis intervention and support, demonstrating the ability to manage urgent situations with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Documenting client interactions and maintaining accurate, confidential records in adherence to best practices and legal standards.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required for this role.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Current registration with the appropriate professional body and possession of professional liability insurance.

• Demonstrated skills in administering client assessments and writing comprehensive reports for a variety of age groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
