Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the specific needs of each client, allowing you to create tailored treatment plans and clinical diagnoses.

• Implement individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), catered to the unique challenges faced by your clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention to clients in acute distress and develop safety plans to guide them through their crises in real-time.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage with an interdisciplinary team composed of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to clients.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health issues, treatment methodologies, and community resources available to enable informed decisions regarding their care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as training and workshops, to stay current with advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical focus will encompass a wide range of mental health concerns prevalent in our client population, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license to practice as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and a robust ability to formulate precise diagnoses.

• Minimum of two years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a particular emphasis on empathy and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
