This role is entirely remote, enabling therapists to conduct sessions from the comfort of their own home or preferred location. While our offices serve as outpatient facilities where some administrative responsibilities may take place on an as-needed basis, the majority of interaction with clients will occur through a secure online platform. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities suited to each client's specific needs.

• Collaborating with clients to create and implement personalized care plans that address their mental health challenges and promote overall well-being.

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of current clinical practices by engaging in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Utilizing our integrated electronic health record system to document client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Providing supportive and constructive feedback within the clinical team to refine therapeutic approaches and optimize patient care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from various backgrounds and present diverse mental health needs, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma-related conditions, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience providing mental health therapy to a variety of client populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with a wide range of therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
