Procurement & P-Card Data Entry Specialist
We are hiring a Procurement & P-Card Data Entry Specialist to review, enter, and maintain procurement card transactions and supporting documentation. This is a detail-focused role that requires accuracy, organization, and strong data entry skills.
Pay: $19.47/hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
What You'll Do
Enter P-Card and procurement transactions
Review receipts and supporting documentation
Verify approvals and required information
Identify and correct data entry errors
Research and resolve transaction discrepancies
Follow up on missing documentation
Maintain accurate electronic records
Prepare spreadsheets and reports
Communicate with cardholders, vendors, and internal departments
Assist with procurement and administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
Data entry, procurement, accounting, or administrative experience
Strong attention to detail
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to review financial information and identify discrepancies
Professional communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information
P-Card, procurement, accounts payable, or financial system experience is a plus.
