Assures plan of care is administered for all residents. Responsible for performance of all licensed staff. Oversees daily assignments of personnel. Functions, as necessary, as staff nurse. Delivers emergency care, as needed, throughout campus. Coordinates judgments with other nurses, shift manager and DON.
