divh2Sports Coordinator/h2pThe Sports Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The Sports Coordinator will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered. Observing, assessing, and assisting our coaches is paramount. The position entails hands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliHands-on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skill levels/liliResponsible for enhancing the i9 Sports Experience for players, coaches, and parents/liliEmpower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun/liliBuild relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered/liliTeach demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values/liliSupervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day/liliConsistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliExcellent communication skills/liliSport-specific coaching and/or officiating experience knowledge/liliHighly motivated self-starter; can work independently solve problems/liliAwareness ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players/liliPositive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships/liliAbility to work weekends, Saturdays and/or Sundays, and occasional weekday meetings (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)/liliMust be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check/li/ulpCompensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour/p/div
