Job Description Job Description As a Customer Service Representative that specializes in the submission process, you will provide the highest level of customer service to our clients over the phone, email and any other form of correspondence. You will be the primary point of contact for all submission of new apps in which you will create the client profile and submit their Information to the provider.
Job duties:
• Answer inbound calls related to customer service.
• Assist clients with questions they may have regarding their accounts.
• Complete client profile creation.
• Accurately collect and input client information into company database.
• Filling out all company forms in accordance with company policies.
• Perform monthly checks on client accounts and enter appropriate information into the company database.
• Provide client tax forms upon request from the client.
• Provide other related documents at client request.
• All other duties as assigned.
All duties are to be followed in accordance with company policies and procedures and with guidance from the Office manager. Any duties assigned hereafter are to be followed with the same expectations set forth.
